Please note: We are a dry hire. All alcohol (beer, wine, and spirits) must be provided by the client.

Pouring Service ($100 per hour)

  • Bartenders will:
    • Open and pour canned beverages and wine
    • Pour draft beer from kegs, if applicable

  • All necessary cups and plasticware is provided by Rolling Refreshments.

  • A seamless and polished service that keeps your event running smoothly without the fuss of mixing.

Mixing Service (Prices Vary)

Ideal for events featuring cocktails and a full bar experience.

  • Bartenders will:
    • Mix cocktails using your provided liquor
    • Serve beer, wine, and canned alcoholic drinks

  • Rolling Refreshments supplies all non-alcoholic ingredients, mixers, juices, sodas, and garnishes needed to complete your desired cocktail menu.

  • All cups and plasticware for drinks is included and provided by Rolling Refreshments.

    Ideal for smaller gatherings, backyard parties, or indoor events, our bar cart brings a cozy, approachable setup to your event. It’s compact, stylish, and versatile, allowing us to serve handcrafted drinks efficiently in tighter spaces, while maintaining a professional appearance.

  • Event Venue

    For events at venues with an existing bar, we can set up directly at the bar area to enhance their offerings with Rolling Refreshments drinks. This option is great when you want to utilize existing event space and provide specialty beverages without needing a full mobile setup.
