Rolling Refreshments and Vagabond Coffeehouse were both built on a love for great drinks, good company, and the kind of hospitality that makes people feel at home—no matter where they are.

Founded in 2023 while a student at Kent State University, owner Audrey Ernst, launched Rolling Refreshments, a mobile coffee trailer serving local events, weddings, and festivals across Northeast Ohio. As a lifelong coffee lover and entrepreneur with a passion for community, her venture grew and expanded into Vagabond Coffeehouse—a cozy cafe space in Bolivar, Ohio, her hometown.

While the coffeehouse offers a welcoming space to slow down and stay awhile, Rolling Refreshments continues to bring that same quality and charm on the road through beverage catering and made-to-order services.
