Our drink packages are based on the number of drinks served at your event. Each package includes professional barista service, mobile bar setup, and a customizable drink menu.

Guests may choose up to four drink selections to build their own menu.

  • 50 Drinks - $500.00

    2 hours of service

    Perfect for smaller gatherings and intimate celebrations.

  • 75 Drinks - $730

    2 hours of service

    Great for showers, office events, and medium-sized gatherings.

  • 100 Drinks - $950

    2 hours of service

    A popular choice for weddings and larger celebrations.

  • For any drink count larger than 100, drinks are priced at $8.00 per drink.

    Hours of service depend on drink quantity ordered.

  • 2 hours of service for $1000.

    Don’t want to commit to a certain number of drinks? We can offer an “open bar” feature at your event.

  • Additional Service Hours : $150 per hour

    Additional Drink Option: $50 per drink

    Travel Fees: $0.50 per mile past 30 miles from Bolivar, Ohio.

    Ideal for smaller gatherings, backyard parties, or indoor events, our bar cart brings a cozy, approachable setup to your event. It’s compact, stylish, and versatile, allowing us to serve handcrafted drinks efficiently in tighter spaces, while maintaining a professional appearance.

    Event Venue

    For events at venues with an existing bar, we can set up directly at the bar area to enhance their offerings with Rolling Refreshments drinks. This option is great when you want to utilize existing event space and provide specialty beverages without needing a full mobile setup.
